Effective 16 October 2026. These terms govern purchases from the CUBELAB.space shop.
1. Seller and contact
CUBELAB 3D s.r.o., company ID 21861277, registered office Čápkova 942/9, Veveří, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic; registered with the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, File 140413. Contact: shop@cubelab.cz and our contact form. Address for complaints and returns: Čápkova 942/9, 602 00 Brno. Please arrange personal visits in advance.
2. Products and ordering
We offer physical models and products and expressly identified digital files. Product characteristics, dimensions, specifications and package contents are described in each listing. “Coming soon” items are previews and cannot be ordered. A digital file is not a physical product.
You can review and correct your details in the basket and checkout before submitting an order. Submitting an order entails an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when our automatic order confirmation reaches your email address. The confirmation includes the order details and the terms. We retain orders and you may request a copy by email. Contracts may be concluded in Czech or English according to the selected site language. Your internet connection costs do not exceed your provider’s standard rates.
3. Prices, payment and delivery
Prices are displayed in the selected currency. The final total, including applicable taxes, delivery costs and any other stated charges, is shown before you submit the order. Available payment and delivery methods, prices and address-based restrictions are displayed at checkout. For bank transfers, follow the payment instructions in your order confirmation.
In-stock physical products are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days of receipt of payment. This is the time to handover to the carrier, not a guaranteed delivery time. Any longer lead time for made-to-order products is stated before purchase. Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of conclusion of the contract. We will inform you of delays; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
4. Withdrawal
Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Full instructions, exceptions, return procedures and the online function are available on our Withdrawal page. Use of the model PDF form is optional; you can also notify us by email or letter.
5. Complaints and defects
We are responsible for goods conforming to the contract and statutory requirements upon receipt. Consumers may complain about a defect that manifests within two years of receipt. A defect manifesting within the first year is presumed to have existed upon receipt unless inconsistent with the nature of the goods or defect. This is not cover for ordinary wear or an additional commercial guarantee.
Report a defect to the address above or by email. Describe it and provide information evidencing the purchase; original packaging and exclusively an original receipt are not prerequisites. You may request repair or replacement unless the chosen remedy is impossible or disproportionately costly compared with the alternative. Under the statutory conditions you may request a proportionate price reduction or terminate the contract, particularly if the defect is not remedied, recurs or is serious. A minor defect does not give a right to terminate.
We provide a record of the complaint, its content and the requested remedy. Complaints concerning goods, including remedying the defect and notifying you, are handled within 30 days unless a longer period is agreed. Please provide necessary cooperation, including access to the product. We reimburse reasonable costs of a justified complaint and provide a record of the outcome or written reasons for rejection.
6. Digital content
For digital files offered for sale, the listing specifies format, delivery, functionality, compatibility and licence terms. Buying a file does not itself transfer copyright. Before supplying content within the withdrawal period, we request separate express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the right to withdraw; we do not rely on this exception without satisfying the statutory requirements. For a one-off supply, a defect existing at supply and manifesting within two years may be reported; for continuous supply, we are responsible for defects during the contractual period. We provide legally required updates. Defects will be remedied within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience; statutory rights to a price reduction or termination remain unaffected.
7. Dispute resolution
You may first contact us at shop@cubelab.cz. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, is competent for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes arising from a sales contract. See ADR information and procedure. An application may be submitted within one year of first asserting the disputed right with us. Your right to go to court is unaffected.
8. Personal data and final provisions
See our privacy notice and cookie policy. Buying does not require newsletter consent. Czech law governs the contract without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that would otherwise apply. The version of these terms effective when the contract is concluded applies to that contract; later changes do not amend it retrospectively.
