Withdraw from a contract

You may withdraw from a consumer contract concluded online without giving a reason where the statutory right applies. Submit your notice below without signing in, email shop@cubelab.cz, or send a letter. You are not required to use our form.

Time limit and procedure

For goods, the withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt by you or a third party you designate other than the carrier. For one order delivered separately or in parts, it runs from receipt of the last item or part. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, it runs from conclusion of the contract. Sending your notice before the period expires is sufficient.

Send back or hand over the goods within 14 days of withdrawal to CUBELAB 3D s.r.o., Čápkova 942/9, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic. You bear the direct return costs. Intact original packaging is not a condition of withdrawal, but please pack the goods safely. You are liable only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Reimbursement

We reimburse payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method we offered, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. For goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. We use the same means of payment unless you expressly agree to another method without additional charges.

Exceptions

The statutory right may be excluded, for example, for goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised. Printing a standard model after an order is placed does not by itself create this exception. For paid digital content supplied before the withdrawal period expires, the right is lost only when the statutory conditions are met, including your prior express consent, acknowledgement that starting performance means losing that right, and provision of the required confirmation. Your rights in respect of defects are unaffected.
